Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized garments
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange eligible products for another size or colour, subject to availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number.
3. Our team will provide return instructions.
4. Ship the item back securely in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• A damaged item
• A manufacturing defect
• An incorrect item sent by us

Maison Havilah will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
